Not reliable. It took me months to get an appointment, and when appointment was coming the first time, it was canceled as his wife was having a baby, understandable. But the rescheduled appointment again canceled and we had to wait another 2 months. This was very important to us as my husband needs a biopsy to see if he has cancer. So now we have to start over again to find a surgeon to do the biopsy. Six months for an appointment is ridiculous.
Called to make Appointment for a 73 year old.Front desk was rude and hung up on me. Why? Why can't people have respect for others.
