I've been taking my dogs here for several years and I always make sure people in Douglasville know about Kay Animal Hospital because they are so great!
One of the things I like best about this animal hospital is the ease in getting my dog in there for an appointment. They're really flexible in scheduling and overall just really friendly people.
Dr. Kay is really a caring veterinarian. I've been bringing pets her for several years and I wouldn't trust anyone else like him. There's a level of care and trust that makes me feel comfortable with them here.
If I can give zero stars I would. This vet killed my cat in his greedy, arrogant quest to increase my bill. I brought my cat in for an enema and xray due to constipation. This vet unilaterally decided, without discussing with me or getting my consent, to anesthetize my 17yo cat and clean his teeth. I never, ever would have agreed to this as I am fully aware of the risks. This greedy bastar* did whatever he wanted to do with no regard to my feelings or opinion. My cat died and never regained consciousness from the anesthesia.... read more
