I brought my 10+ year old ring in for a cleaning and to get a missing stone replaced, and I am so happy with the results! Clayton Jewelers made my ring look brand new. Also, the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend anyone in the local Lafayette area to take your jewelry repairs here!
Excellent service. I had planned to leave my watch for service. It was repaired while I waited and at a very fair price
My wrap come undone to my wedding ring and I wanted him to fix it. Cost me 185. I only paid 650 for my ring lol. I definitely got ripped off. I could see 50 dollars for repairs. I felt like he took extreme advantage of me. I'll never go back!
It is a shame that you would take advantage of a young lady and charge her $55 for a repair that most jewelry stores wouldn’t even take any money for. If this is how you build long-term relationships with your customers, then you should reconsider your strategy.
