Had a great experience with Clayton Homes of Oroville, they were much more professional and honest about what to expect than another local retailer we dealt with previously. Polly made the experience headache free and did everything she could to keep it on track. As a matter of fact the home was on site and ready but we were having an issue getting utilities installed.
