I just brought my very first home from Clayton and I can't say enough about the Lumberton team. My salesperson, Matt Diehl, was very patient with me (I had lots of questions) and helped me find my perfect home. Kim had all my paperwork ready and made my closing a breeze. Kenny the project manager was just as patient (I had lots of questions for him too) and friendly as Matt. Denny the service guy had my home perfect and ready to move in the day of my walk through. Clayton Homes of Lumberton has the best team in the business!!
This place is bad. after you get your house and have defects it is impossible to get them fixed. almost a year now and still broken promises. AC was defective and leaked water on floor and now needs to be replaced and mold removed but no luck ,other things were wrong and never fixed and its going on a year. they are not returning calls waiting for the one year warranty to run out. not a company that has you in mind
