Everything was great until the home was delivered. It has been 2 months and we are still waiting for repairs. 2 walls were damaged during the move. We are being told they are still waiting on parts. 2 of the windows need trim repaired, etc...still waiting.
I'm super excited we picked the BEST company and amazing people we've ever worked with to buy our new home from! They've been so patient with us for over a year!!! A lot came up for us and it's been a hard year and they were super supportive and helpful! Thank you Carey and Matt for being so awesome!!! We really appreciate you all!!! -The Henry's Update: service team has not been very good... sales staff is amazing. Got to work on the time efficiency and when scheduling appointments, sticking to them...
Our experience with Clayton has been FABULOUS! I am glad that its not over yet it has been so great! Tim and his team have went ABOVE and BEYOND what they even have to do! Tim has made sure that all our issues are being handled and fixed! This was our first time to buy a home and I would use them again if i decided on another home! THANK YOU ALL!
