My experience with the people an Chad my salesman was great, he was there to answer any questions an walk through the process with me. They went the extra mile with my custom floor plan an upgrades but unfortunately The place that builds the homes is just such a joke. Had a modular built by them purchased through Clayton homes, and is just such a nightmare. I’m a young guy, had this home built when I was 22 years old and placed on my dream property. Recommendedwe had a modular trailer built and we literally LOVE it. it's everything I hoped it would be. all the employees at Clayton Homes are the nicest caring people. they go out of their way to help you in every way. Rick Roark was the salesman we worked with. we just love him. you could not meet a nicer man. he made sure we got exactly what we wanted. he and Dave even drove over 2 hours to welcome us into our new home. I highly recommend Clayton Homes and would buy from them again. excellent quality in their homes.

There customer service is horrible. They throw these homes together not sure if the look at the print or not and their management staff needs a little lesson in good customer service. This is solely my opinion. I would not recommend anybody buy a home from these folks.
