I drove my disabled client 5 hours to meet with the folks at this location. We sat down and explained what he would need. They took all of our information and said we will email you with a few plans to choose from. This was back in February, still no response back. Called twice to be told we will call or email you back. It is now April. Definitely not worth the hours wasted.
The customer service at this location is a joke. Dale the manager NEVER responds to you and falls through on everything he says. I would steer clear of this location. Pull up Clayton Homes on the BBB and read the reviews before going with this company.
Clayton has not been honest to Chris Tenpenny, he has waited months to get his home delivered
The best thing about Clayton is their willingness to work with everyone from folks who are just beginning to dream about their future home to those who are ready to turn the key to it.
