Don’t waist you time. Find another company that’ll make sure everything is right without cutting corners. Over looks one of the things added to the contract and was left out and still haven’t seen anything out of it from them. They only care about getting the sale and that’s it. Granted yes their nice people, but once you sign for the sale of the house your just another person to them

reason number 1565000 why not to buy a Clayton home they use cheap products in your house
I will start off by saying my credit is not great and they were able to work with that. That is the only positive i can say. Clayton has poor construction. Scott is an excellent salesman, he will put you in a house and then forget who you are, kind of an honest Als used car feel. Its nice that when you sit in the bathroom in the evening the light from outside shines through the wall to give a romantic ambiance.
