Wonderful group to work with !! So friendly, thoughtful , paid attention to details that we didn’t even catch! Very time efficient and clearly give attention to each and every move that’s made! We have zero complaints and couldn’t be happier with our home!
My husband and I stopped here to browse their homes. We are recently retired and considering a mobile home. Barry Roach was the salesman who showed us around. He was Awesome! We felt as though we had known him a long time. We were impressed that the manager was out working in the high heat to get homes ready for delivery. All in all, I would not hesitate to recommend Clayton Homes in the Smokies to anyone!
We bought our home in oct/Nov of 2017. We dealt with Morgan and she done amazing! My son and I had been there in July and looked around. My boyfriend and I went oct/Nov and bought. Loved the people. They are great. If we ever buy another we will use them.
RecommendedBuying my home was crazy easy! From the application to finalizing the papers! Barry was great answered every question and even came up with a few more for us! I called to check the progress and he NEVER seamed irritated the least bit! Eric is a number genious! Figuring number about 64 times to get us the payment we needed and the home we loved! Absolutely AWESOME!!! Jeremy Arangio is absolutely amazing. He was helpful and on top of everything. Our home is beyond beautiful... it’s our first time buying and we did not have to stress about anything. We have nothing but high praises for the entire staff!!
We lived in Pennsylvania and bought a home at Clayton in the Smokies. Putting up a home from all those miles away is not an easy task, but thanks to the staff it all got done. Tom Towers was our main man all along and as I'm sure they would all help you, I would have to highly recommend Tom! Every bump in the road was handled with great care. If putting up a house, this is the place to go! Great job!
