If you have the option to go to another Clayton Center please do. The customer service at this location is terrible. From the moment we walked in it felt like we were a problem for coming in and asking for information. We did the applications and got our loan approval and 2 weeks goes by and still did not get any kind of call back from anyone on what our next steps needs to be. Heartbreaking how they left my parents quarter of a million dollar trailer my brother is buying for them. There's clear structure issues, they left the yard a complete mess, they left a dead tree hanging over their QUATER OF A MILLION DOLLAR TRAILER.. so who knows how long the roof will last.
