I would visit the Clayton Homes off of the Gulf Freeway (45 North if you're driving from Galveston, have heard they work with you and also have preowned homes that are gorgeous and have warranties and still have that new home smell! My sister and I are hoping to visit soon as we do need another home. My sister has what I call an ancient mobile home and deserves so much better. Worst experience of my life! We decided to stop by Clayton Homes of Liberty to view some homes to get an idea of what we want to put on our land. Matt, was beyond rude to us. He did not take us seriously at all. All he wanted to tell us is how we couldn't get what we wanted for our money. Only showed us 3 homes, and was negative the entire time. People on here are over exaggerating!!! In my personal opinion and experience Clayton homes in LIBERTY is not only the best but they also treat you with excellent service and most important with Respect!!! David & Judy are such wonderful people hardworking and most careing people I know they helped us out ALOT!!! Worst customer service!! Going on 3 months of home being on property and still not livable! Paying on a home that I can't even live in!! I would never recommend anyone to buy from here. Please save yourself the trouble and do not purchase a home from here.
I would NEVER refer anyone to this place EVER! They are very unprofessional. My family with through hell trying to get our trailer deliverd. It was always an excuse & phone calls were not returned. Currently still waiting on repairs after numerous calls. Not sure how the other Clayton Homes are but the Liberty location is horrible.
