Went with my mom to see if she could get approved to put a home on her land, she was apparently immediately denied but instead of anyone calling or taking the time to let someone know where they stand or to get their $1,000 dollar deposit returned, they just casually act like you do not exist!! They sho took that grand real fast though lol.... shittt hole!!!

My cousin just purchased a new home from Clayton of Paris. And it is far from quality and the installation is very unprofessional. There is no way I would tolerate the fact that the crew installing my home deficating in my toilets that aren’t even hooked up to water source!! Every room has some sort of damage in one way or another. Sheet rock busted and screws popping out trim fell completely off the wall. Worst place ever!!! Would not recommend them To anyone!!! They delivered my mother’s house and hasn’t even finished setting up yet and she has already made two payments to the bank. Not to mention they tore stuff up bringing it in, the workers went and did number two in the master bathroom without any water hooked to the house and just left it in the toilet. Just terrible!!!
Chase & James made the home buying experience a breeze! Anything I needed or had questions about, they were their to help! I highly recommend checking them out. They are flexible with time & always respond quickly.! We couldn’t be happier. Really glad we chose them to help us along our journey!

I love our new home from Clayton Homes of Paris! They were wonderful to work with even when we had some issues with the manufacturer, they have done everything to fix it and ensure the process went as smoothly as possible. Everyone from James the manager, to the staff, to the finisher Sam, have been a pleasure to work with and we now have a beautiful home!
