Landowners, please do not sell your precious land to this company to be used in a land/home package deal, you will live to regret it. This company will put the trashiest people they can find on that land and everyone in the neighborhood will have to pay the price. This happened in our once quiet nice neighborhood. Lex Clayton sold 4-5 one-acre lots to this company and they scraped the bottom of the barrel to find the worse possible people they could find to ruin our community. We enjoyed our visit, everyone was very friendly and helpful. A lot of lovey homes in a neighborhood like setting, also the homes are beautifuly decorated. And more importantly we found just what we have been looking for.
