Everything on these other complaints is facts! There’s no return communication from them, the costs, loan amount, repairs are wrong! They drag out repairs then say your warranty is up! They came to my home because west side( front) of house , every window and receptacle leaks air. The manager from the tenn build said it was from the draw of the furnace which is bs! The lawyer that wouldn’t take my case (because I was coerced into signing the closing docs with no preview of them to go over, ) showed up with them. They inti... read more
If I could go lower than a 1 I would have. They promised us quality materials and we got the lowest of the low. Note we have only lived in the house for 3 years and stuff started falling apart after a year. The kitchen drawers fell apart had to fix them multiple times. The carpet is paper thin and is missing in some places just wear and tear. The paint on the house just comes off with the slightest bit of rubbing so cleaning the walls is impossible. Some of the electrical outlets don't work. Had my brother who is an electr... read more
