I bought a brand new single wide from them in 2014, it has had nothing but issues. I've talked to them several times, but NOTHING got fixed. Latest issue is the air has completely stopped working. They told me they have nothing to do with the air and would not help me. I asked about trading it in, and was asked why would I want to buy a new house from them? You know what you're right I want nothing to do with these people ever again.
My husband and I bought our home 6 years ago from Grant at Clayton. This was our first home together and we were clueless on where to even begin. Grant made this process a great and stress free experience. We had about a thousand questions for him and he was patient with us and made sure he addressed them. He made the process easy and we left confident and excited about our new home. Buying a home can be stressful but not at Clayton. Oh and one more thing, last time I went I'm pretty sure they had popcorn.
