My husband and myself purchased a home from this dealer. There are a lot of smoke screens and not total trues told. They don't stand behind what is told to you when purchasing from them. We were told one thing about procedures, permits, and warranties, to only be told something totally different. One person would tell my husband one thing to be told something totally different by the next person. If it is told to us, then they should stand behind there word. I defiantly will not refer anyone to this location again.
I stopped by Clayton Homes to ask for a referral for someone to help with some repairs to my brother and mother’s mobile homes. The woman was friendly and helpful, and gave me the name of “Cody.” I called him and heard back about a week later. We purchased a modular home from Clayton in Durango, CO because of all the available options we had to choose from. The process went extremely well.
