Roof was messed up on home I bought from them when it was delivered on my property. It was “fixed” twice. Roof has issues til this day. Contacted the manufacturer which is Clayton Rutledge out of Tennessee. Manufacturer stood by Clayton Homes of Searcy saying the roof was “fixed”. The manufacturer is just as sorry as Clayton Homes of Searcy. DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCT! You will be very disappointed. Once the paperwork is signed they are DONE with you. They did not replace my carpet after a year and a half of telling me they would since it was messed up with stains that happened when manufacturing our home before we bought it. Nor did they come to replace my siding that has tar on it from when it was brought to my location like they promised. After you purchase your home, they don’t follow up with repairs. When they say they will be there they don’t show up.
