We move in my home in April of 2018 . We have had two different contractors here to do work inside . my Sheetrock is not finished in the areas of kitchen and den and living room Backsplash in kitchen need to be replaced first contractor shot nails in the side of it. The sink is off two half inches, the door on the laundry room Taylor replace from other home said it was new I have a crack in Paneling in the washroom,bathroom is missing outside screen for window. I have leff many messages with everyone there about the problem with my roof..that was supposed to have been fixed.! Also cabinet doors are there according to Taylor but no one has come to put them in! The insurance company said they didnt approve replacing my roof because of wear and tear which is where it has been patched! I have only been in this home 1 and 1/2 yrs. kinda seems strange in having so many problens!! Guess I will have to call Clayton Homes Headquarters to getsome answers!!! the houses are extremely well taken care of and whoever they use for an interior decorator is on point. the furniture is gorgeous and though they seem really busy they genuinely wanna help the people they see
Once the house was put on the property had several bad experiences with update on how the project was going . Ignore my phone calls, after 60 days have wrong door in living room not changed out several complaints no one has come to fix. Darren was great but he’s gone no one will return my calls. Going to court I guess
My house had and still does have a lot of issues. It was supposed to be my retirement home. I'm so disappointed. I would never recommend a Clayton home to anyone! Why Don't you people make your homes like you were going to live in it? I'm working on my 3rd leak after just 2 yrs. I might also recommend that they get someone onsight to do maintenance. The person they had when I got my home is no maintenance person.
We bought our home back in July Darren Shelton was awesome he made sure everything was the way we wanted it. Thank you Darren Job well do
