Stopped in Clayton homes today to look at some of their homes because I’m in the Market to buy a home instead of renting! I will admit they have beautiful homes however they say they will work with you budget but they always seem to find extra cost so it won’t fit you budget anymore they always add extras I lost 2500 dollars thanks God I didn’t give them anymore they were asking . But I hope Karma get them one day .
Monroe was great through the whole process, he and Dave worked with us during our entire building experience to make sure we were happy. so excited for our new home!

Now that our daughter has graduated high school we are strongly considering downsizing from our 5 bedroom home. Clayton has beautiful models with phenomenal pricing! They have great deals and great salespeople.
