Great place to shop for a new home. Clean lot and good sales people. Service is A1. Staff will do everything they can to help with your needs and be there to the end when your key unlocks your new home!

When you call or email them, they are quick to answer any questions or concerns you have about your new home. They stayed late for me twice, after hours. Great selection of homes and great people. I shopped at a lot of different places in Ocala, glad I found Clayton Homes.
Drove all the way from Orange City to view models and discuss our retirement home. The Agent was with other Customers, and gave us a form to fill out with the models and questions we may have. Note: I told him we've never purchased a MH home before and we did have a lot of questions. The Agent met up with us while we were looking at the various homes. Was looking forward to purchasing a home but they are not handicap friendly. I need a roll in shower to accommodate and was told i would have to hire someone once the home is delievered. So im going to pay for your tub/shower that i cant use then pay again to get what i need? Dosent make alot of sense.
