If you like games and playing phone tag while they hold your money and do nothing other than sell the house you put money on to hold it, that you where trying to buy than this is the place for you. If you value your time and are not good at playing games and phone tag and value your money I suggest going elsewhere
this company sucks. After the sale is done nobody will do their job. We have had our house 2 years and still have things that need fixed that they don't want to do. Ever since day 1 all they have done is point fingers and blame other people for the things they are supposed to have taken care of. Do not buy from them, they do a crappy job setting up your new home and do not honor their own warranty. Just a big corporation that takes your money but nobody does their job.
