So far my husband and i have only put a 500$ holding fee, but they have been SO sweet and understanding of financial haults. But they are trying their hardest to make sure we can get the house we live. I love these people so much, and will continue to keep you guys posted!
False advertisement $625/mo. for 23 years.....home out front is NOT that price.
They care only about making the sale....poor service, poorer quality of material and craftsmanship in the home. Interior workmanship is shoddy and careless. I contacted them about the siding on the exterior looking warped and wavy. No one came out to look. Told me it's normal. If you are looking for a home...go elsewhere! I wish I had.
