As of right now there are very few things I can find good to say about Rick and any of his subcontractors they use. I do know you will hear a lot of promises and will fall short on most. So far, move in date was over a week off, still have a ditch uncovered going through my yard, my internet has been cut twice, now the ac unit has a burned out compressor in June 3 kids in this crackerbox and they want to dick around for 2 or 3 days before getting put here to fix it.
