THE TEAM OF SALESMEN AND MANAGEMENT IS TERRIBLE! ONCE THEY ARE PAID, SERVICE GOES DOWNHILL IMMEDIATELY AND YOU ARE NO LONGER A PRIORITY TO THEM! THEY DO NOT TAKE THE TIME TO APPROPRIATELY SCHEDULE THE CONTRACTORS NOR COMMUNICATE WITH THE CONTRACTORS. THEY DAMAGED THE HOME UPON DELIVERY IN A YARD THAT IS BIG ENOUGH TO TURN A SEMI AROUND IN!! NOT TO MENTION HAVE NUMEROUS REPAIRS TO MAKE AND STILL ARE WAITING FOR "PARTS" AND WAITING FOR ANOTHER HOME TO BE SOLD JUST SO THEY CAN INSTALL THE CORRECT KITCHEN SINK!! RecommendedThey were very easy to work with and easily available when I had questions or concerns. I worked with Ray and Josh specifically and I can say they will do their best to help you anyway they can! They got my husband and I into our home so I’m very thankful for them. They have a big selection of homes and in various price ranges which I loved because you can only get what you can afford. We enjoyed our experience with them & hope others will too!
Pathetic service. They will act all sweet to you for the first few weeks until you buy it, and then do nothing that you paid them to do. Took over nine weeks to install basic components to a house that took three weeks to build, simply because they're too lazy to even order their contractors and do their job. We would have never moved in if we didn't keep on them every day. If you're looking for a new house, get it anywhere else!
They lie about the warranties of the home. Half ass repair damage caused by faulty products. Lie after lie after lie. I will never buy from them again. Should've kept my 87 model single wide, it was built better.
Best selection of new homes
Me and my family stopped in on Saturday evening around 4 pm wanted to check out inventory was greeted at the door of the office and treated very poorly asked a lot of very in detail personal questions about our finances and what we were looking for in front of other customers and were pretty much given the feeling that the gentleman didn't have time to mess with us so guess what Clayton Homes of Glen Jean our money or our family doesn't have time to mess with you
