Worse experience ever. Never put yourself through this kind of ordeal. I bought my home from Clayton Homes of Albany and moved in around March of 2016. We have several items that need to be resolved and they came out and took pictures but have not heard from anyone for months. Very poor customer service after the home is purchased and they have been paid.
These homes are very poorly built and grossly over priced. There are several in my park and they have so many things wrong with them. They want you to wait weeks for repair personnel to show up to the point I have ended up doing the repairs myself. Homes are junk service sucks and cost way more money than they are worth.. Avoid these homes at all cost

I bought a home from them have some issues with the house that we waited 6 months to be placed in king city. I have a metal in the middle of the floor when its vynil that looks like crap they forgot to put the spickets for my hoes bad experience
