Our entire home buying process has been a nightmare. The contractors used failed at every turn. Our house is a double wide modular. When installed, they closed a light switch in between the halves while switched ON. They destroyed our outside water system and cut power to our well and outbuildings. Since finally moving in, plumbing over a period of months have ruined walls, carpet and subfloor. They failed to show up after I took time off for them to make repairs and did not call.
