I was traveling for the military and my civilian job a lot. Their repair man came and did the repairs. My pregnant wife at the time signed off that was fixed. Granted we had a broken floor joist and the floor was coming up pushing nail heads through our floor. They got the floor back down and they caulked over the nail holes.
