I went to clayton homes of donna Tuesday afternoon and wasn't pleased at all. Yes we were greeted my a woman as soon as we stepped into the door. "Hi what are you guys looking for " I mentioned I wanted a 3bd 2bth and just said ok I'll show u a few. Didn't bother actually trying to introduce herself. I didnt know her name. She didn't ask for ours. The first mobile home she showed us she just mentioned the size, walked us in and said NOTHING!!! Mrs Haussmann I very sorry to here how you were treated at our store. We take customer service very seriously. This should have never happened. I personally have been here at this store since the day it opened nearly 30 years ago so this is very upsetting to me. We should NEVER treat a customer in this manner. I this company was really gonna help us, but you'll only lied to us. when you send your people to check the system your technicians said that it happened because they forgot to put some port that it needed..... Now it turn out we have to pay for your mistake. Is that the home the sales man told my mom and dad they deserve?

Great service and awesome people
Very unsatisfied, if I would have known how crappy their service would be after we purchased the trailer I would have never gone there. After receiving the trailer there was a lot of problems with it, it's been almost a year and they still haven't fix them. Cracked sheetrock, hole in carpet, cabinets crooked, plumbing problems and more.
