My house is not 4 years old yet & I am still having issues. Just replaced the kitchen faucet after it leaked for several days. The inside of the faucet was all plastic. My island top is coming loose, as is the counter where the coffee pot sits. That countertop had to be replaced when I moved in for the same reason. I have been trying to buy the Hancock for nearly 3 months. I have 720 credit score, make way over the amount needed bank has said they can approve me if you would get me some quotes.. everytime I call I get the same story. Let me get your I do and ask the sales asst... how about I'm about to goto dalton.
