after the delivery of our single wide the problems we had with the mobile home where minor but numerous. Some where attended to promptly but the outside contractors used seemed to be less prompt after the first few calls, promises where made but never kept by the dealer an we still have flooring issues.
Recommendedwonderful team! 5 stars! got everything fast and was informed the whole way! If you need a home they will work hard to get you your dream home!

we have gone last 3 yrs.wasnt empressed.this time .meet Jay and hes great and then Laura gm came and are adorable and very happy with their ethics and quick thinking and work and fun personalities.They kick butt .alose think the gues that put in the house and got everything in good shape was fantastic .everything went pretty quick and would go back to them and recommend these 2 .thank you both and ur crew for the great work.we love our home.
Jay (Joe) Norwood went above and beyond to satisfy us. Even came in on his day off when it was super cold to show us more homes. He is incredible. And the new manager, Laura, is a big plus. Got a nice home and they knocked themselves out to take care of us as we put them through a lot with trying to locate a lot and getting everything done according to our city codes.
From the moment I walked in I could tell they just genuinely cared. Very knowledgeable and apparently under new management? Laura was EXTREMELY helpful and took the time to walk us through everything. Thank you for all of yalls help!

They were very patient as we looked at the various floor plans and lay outs. Jay was very knowledgeable and gave us some valuable information regarding our search for a new home. I highly recommend Clayton homes as a home option!
