We have a 16x80 Clayton home. Was built in 2011. 2015 was my purchase date. Sure wish I would have went with another brand. For starters, 2020 we had to replace the entire roof shingles. Due to the roof leaking in multiple places. Today we started instaling new floor throughout home. After tearing out old carpet and getting down to the subfloor. I received a 3 bedroom home from this company through the fema program. I currently have 4 spots leaking master bedroom, livingroom back wall heading into the kitchen plus the front window ceiling and the guest restroom. The pipes in the home makes popping noise when the water is turn on. I Called Donnie and told him I have a Default home and he said he can't help me because hes only responsible for the first year.
