Went in yesterday 8/5/2020. The rudest people I have ever met.., told them situation ... that my brother was not able to walk quite a distance so I am helping him out.. could look at double wides... but not single...the lady responded...” we don’t keep every trailer open”... this is not the first time with her... We never felt pressured to purchase something that we did not want as a matter of fact when we felt like we should just jump to purchase something Kara and Mickie would always put us back on track so we didn't purchase something that we would not be satisfied with. I will recommend Clayton of Dover to everyone that is looking for a home. Kara and Mickie you guys rock :)

Very poorly built home from the north Carolina cavalier home builders plant look before you take possession
Have been in my home exactly 1 year now and have been completely satisfied. I had a complex build in a flood zone and this team got it done! Not only am I happy with my decision to build with Clayton, I am happy with my lender as well. Thank you for making this a reality. Also, my electric bill is something i can finally brag about. I have over 2400 sq ft and my bill is super low. Highly recommend.
The people who work in the Dover office are awesome people especially betty she's very polite and respectful.
Very friendly and helpful staff at the dover office.
