It's been 8 months since we took possession of this dbl wide. I don't know if the whole company is incompetent. Or if just this facility lies as much as these people do. My suggestion to anyone going here just keep going . Appliances not complete. Trim falling off walls countertop trim coming off. braided nails and glue that lasts must cost too much. $120 000 for a place that won't last as long as the mortgage.
I will never give Clayton Homes anything but 5 stars! Their patience, kindness, loyalty and everlasting efforts to not only help us get into our first home but also make the experience one we will never forget. From management, to sales, to construction workers it goes beyond a family oriented place. They have kept every word and gone beyond that. Truly forever thankful and grateful for the family at Clayton Homes in Sulphur Springs, Tx!!
Do yourself a favor and make the short drive to another town like Greenville or Tyler to buy your home. If you do decide to deal with Clayton in Sulphur Springs under no circumstance let them talk you into giving them the $500 deposit. They promise you that if for reason the deal doesn’t go through you will get it back. However when the deal doesn’t go through they find some loophole not to. My husband and I have never had someone be more willing to help us and take care of us than Clayton Homes of Sulphur Springs! I can NOT say enough wonderful things about everyone there especially Chase and Deuce! If it hadn't have been for those two guys, my husband and I would have not went through with everything and we would not be moving into our home this weekend! They are truly a Godsend! We love you guys and THANK YOU once again!
