I did not purchase a home from Clayton, however my parents did, and they are too humble to post, but I am not. I would never ever suggest someone purchase a home from this company. Ever since they moved into thier Clayton home they have had leak after leak in thier roof. All of thier fan vents are leaking, only 2 nails holding them in, insufficient tar around them allowing water to get into thier home. My home was not bought from this dealer but it was manufactured by Clayton. My home, when delivered, had very wavy sides, due in part to fastening the siding too tightly. They did come and change out one whole side it's better but not great. The vinyl floors had particles, under the surface in many places. Their answer was to slice my bran new flooring in those places, removing the particle, then forcing glue under the spot.
