my journey started with yall in march had some obstacles to go thru but when this first started i was told it would take 3 weeks from time of closing to get home the day after i closed i was offered the lot model but i declined because i wanted what i ordered because the builders were behind i closed in august was told it would be october then november still havent seen home yet then i was told the footers would in by the time the home came and as of last week there still waiting on quotes to clear the land so that hasnt eve... read more

If anyone is looking for beautiful modular homes this is the place to come to not only do they offer great product but have great people in the front office working with you throughout the entire process. We want to give a huge shout-out to Donna, Sam, Josie and Kim for all your efforts in making this a reality. Some of the nicest people you will ever meet!! 5 stars Customer services by Kim Register of Clayton Homes in Albemarle was awesome. I recommend Kim cause she is a really nice christian lady. She will not lie to you or do u wrong. She will do all she can to get you in The home that you want. The prices of the homes are excellent also.

My daughter and son in law started the process last September. Paid the deposit for the house to be built and still are being told another month to move in. That will put them at a year. They have been given the run around since day one. This is very bad business. Their landlord was informed months ago that they were moving but he is having to wait also. We will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and a Lawyer.
