We bought our home in March , 2016 from Clayton Homes . I would highly recommend them to every one. Ed was our sales man , he did us a great job. Michael the Manager , he did everything he guaranteed us. Just a great bunch of people to deal with. No complaints of any kind ! Want to thank Scott Howard that came out to fix the few problems we were having. You do great work !! Thanks

We bought a Liberty Home from them that was a demo they bought from Liberty home. We had all kinds of problem with them. We have had to get the BBB involved and they tried to get them to stand behind their work. Was promised to get thing fixed, especially the leakes in the roof. Well it has been 7 years now and we are spending $6,000 on a roof ,because of the amount of leaks I have had. Next I have to fix my bad ceiling .Good Luck with them!!,,, Get everything in writing so you can take them to court.
MY BEST FRIEND NEXT DOOR TO ME BOUGHT A HOME. SHE HAS HAD NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS. SHE HAD TO GET THE STATE INVOLVED TO GET THEM TO FIX A COUPLE OF THE MANY PROBLEMS WITH THIS HOME. NOW 2 YEARS OLD AND THE DUCT WORK IS LEAKING AND CAME LOOSE THEREFORE SHE HAS AIR IN ONLY HALF OF THIS "HOME". WHAT WAS SHEER EXCITEMENT 2 YEARS AGO HAS TURNED INTO A TOTAL NIGHTMARE.
We have been completely satisfied with our experience with Clayton Homes of Anderson. We could not have ask for better folks or service. When our old home was moved, there were still things inside it & they were so gentle when moving it, that not a thing was out of place. Things got a little out of order from the normal process when our new home was being set up but everyone was willing to compromise & work with us to get us in our new home as soon as possible. I bought a home and everything went great at first,but when stuff needed to be fixed they won't return your calls or emails. Would not do business with them again!
