Update to another reason to Steer Clear of LUV Homes, Gonzales. Day 3 of a supposed to be delivery and still no show. The sales person/manager told my son he was upset that I have been posting bad reviews that he had been giving and giving to them and that he even cut the price of the home $50,000 😂😂😂😂😂. LUV Homes.....Horrible!!!! They will LIE, LIE, LIE!!! Promised my son they would include furniture and a gift card for washer and dryer. Get to closing and the salesman if you want to call him that had them closing on a home they didn’t even look at! Then after tells them nothing was included. Now on delivery day, mandated that we tear down part of our entry way fence and gate and the repairs? You guessed it, our expense! $1,000. There are many many other places to go!
