Stacey L. Mingua is an awesome salesperson. She took the time to work with us and show us what options we would have if we decided to buy a modular home, and even though we weren't real sure we were going to do it she treated us as though we were ready to buy immediately. She was willing to give of her time and explain everything to us about buying the land setting up septic sewer systems and whatever we needed. She is a blessing to that company and to her customers.
Everyday the staff at this home center work to give their customers the homes of their dreams. Putting in extra time, thought, and energy into each and every deal. The team truly cares about their clients. They deserve nothing less than 5 stars and are the best at what they do.
Horrible experience. Took over 2 months for the bank to work on loan and still never got a closing date. Started process May 5 finally said enough is enough last Friday August 18th. Still haven't heard from Clayton of Walton. Fiance has 800+ credit. He was being offered an FHA loan at 5+% with over $8k in closing costs we were never given a true break down of costs in their "package price." One hold up was appraisal. The entire process was a nightmare. To start, we came in with our $500 deposit and gave it to Stacey Mingua. She assured us we could get everything done in our budget and sent us to look at a property the had available. We didn't like it so we let her know and said we'd keep looking for land. Literally a few DAYS later she emailed me and "I hate to give up but it's not looking good"... Well I took the iniative myself to look for land and found 2 properties.
