The only reason I'm giving one star is because giving zero stars or negative stars is not an option. After overhearing a phone call between Bruce and a Customer Id be homeless before I gave this company any money. I've never heard someone in customer service be so disrespectful and lie about everything.
There was talk of moving the house however the last I had heard they didn't even know if it was an option. The original home would have had to be removed and that would be $10,000. Well I already gave them almost $150,000 for the home which was $129,000+ installation. Today while arguing with Bruce about the lies or excuses (whichever you would like to call them) I was told that I would get my money back by Friday.
