Very helpful and understood our dream goal for housing. Derek was very resourceful.
It will take you a full year to get all of your repairs completed. Outside was missing siding, nail holes in siding, nails backing out, doors won't stay shut, closet rack is hanging over the HWH door, left jagged edges where they cut crooked on each side of sink. Every corner on the outside was busted and didn't tell us they did it. They ran wiring outside through those 4 corners and busted them all. Could not have asked for better. Megan was absolutely the best sales person I have ever seen. Selling our house was a nightmare I was worried buying a mobile home would be a similar experience but Megan made it painless and the most easy process I could have ever wanted. Explained everything to us probably multiple times was very patient with us. Highly impressed it’s very hard to find anyone capable or wanting to do their jobs these days let alone an entire team where everyone is kind professional and does a perfect job.
