So far it's been a great experience Caleb is who you need to ask for he has been super super helpful. I have had no problems to this point and Caleb has been great at communicating, always answered my calls, helped with any questions I had. The whole staff has been super helpful. My parents recently purchased a home for over $100,000 7 months ago and it's been absolutely hell. Lying, letting contracts fall due to THEIR NEGLIGENCE, raising rates after document signing and breaching contracts. Absolutely zero communication. This is by far the worst, most predatory, ignorant, and lazy place to purchase. Please take your hard earned money and go elsewhere. Mr. Huffman was by far the most exceptional consultant I have ever spoke with. He was upbeat, educated, and very well informed on the homes, the features, and what was needed to be done to get my family in a home. His boss told me he was new and you never would have guessed.
