Worst customer service ever. Would give them minus 5 stars if I could. Went in to Clayton homes on a Friday they told me one of there model displays was for sale off the lot for 159, 990 went back on a Saturday and put earnest money down on the said house . When we went back to finalize the paperwork they kept putting 165,990 with no explanation as to why the house was 10,000 dollars more .. so they lost not one customer but two cause my mom was also going to buy a home from them. Warren Buffett doesn’t need my money anyway.... read more
Horrible customer service. Hours are listed open till 6pm. At 5:20 was told they were closed. Lost a customer before they even had a chance.
