All I can say is WOW!!!! The crew in Sanford are awesome. The process we went through for our new house was way easier than I ever thought. From the day that our new house was delivered to our land to the day we were able to move in was 21 days!!! I would have never imagined things would have went as fast and smooth as that for a 1600 sq ft home. All of the crews doing work were very professional during this process. I first went into The Sanford Clayton office last year in September and we put money down on a home but had to cancel due to my work status. I have still stopped by and am dreaming of being able to get into one of their beautiful homes. I want to thank Ruth who is such a sweet lady,who was our sales person. Darryl and his team were nothing shy of awesome amazing blessed individuals. They worked with us through this whole transition and kept in constant contact with us to keep us up to speed. I started looking for a home in January, visiting different places in 2 states. Ended up stopping in at Clayton homes of Sanford in May. Justin is awesome to work with. He kept me in the loop on everything, answered all my questions. Together we built my dream home. thanks to Justin, Darryl and the staff for all your help.
