Great experience all the time
The pharmacy team provides exceptional, knowledgeable service with a warm and approachable attitude. The clinic's location directly adjacent to my family physician also adds a high level of convenience to my care.
I have always had the best experience at this pharmacy with Jas and the staff but I'm very disappointed with my last visit. Very disappointed. My prescriptions were called into the pharmacy February 9th and normally I would receive a phone call within 1 to 2 days that my prescriptions are ready for pickup.(One of them being pain meds for a broken rib!) I did not receive a phone call so I phoned roughly 3-4 days later to inquire if the prescriptions were ready. I had to leave a message, understandable, but never received a ca... read more
