Yesterday , Sunday, November 20, I called Clayton Heating hoping they could fix my furnace. The dispatcher was very friendly and they would be out as soon as possible. Approximately 90 minutes later, Ron came to my home. He was very professional, efficient, and friendly. He explained the problem and that I needed a new part. This morning, Ron came back before 11:00 with the part and fixed my furnace. I am grateful to Clayton Heating and Ron for helping me out!
I had furnace problems and called Clayton Heating and Air. The gentleman, Ron, who arrived was very pleasant, even had booties to cover his shoes, (which I appreciated). He diagnosed the problem, advised me of what issues I had, making it very clear and said he would have to come back, which we scheduled. He advised me ahead of time of the costs and gave me some options. We agreed on a course of action, and re-scheduled the service call.
