RecommendedAt first I can honestly say that i was extremely disappointed due to the unprofessional and disrespect i experienced from the maintenance guy (Rob). He is very unprofessional and disrespectful in a lot of different ways it is unreal. I never want this guy in my apartment gain (EVER). It was okay when I moved over here 3 years ago but know shit don't get fix,they do things when they get ready dam shame..I could say more my score says it all.I WOULD NoT REcommend TheSE APArTmenTs To NO OnE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!
If I could give them less I would. Been over here 2yrs it was cool for the price no rodents or anything just the ratchet dusty individuals with no class no dough and no hope. The worst place for the working class, cause the bum ninjas and lame h... who plot on their neighbors for petty theft dollars. Initially, the apartments were okay to live in for the price. I understand you get what you pay for so the expectations were low. However, management does not take repairs seriously and several request has to be made before anything is done. The quality of tenants have declined and the rental rate has gone up while the value has decrease.
I love it very quiet and i no i do not have no problems out there been there almost 2yrs.
I found it to be safe and quite and affordable been here 3years
