Very disappointing and poor customer service! This year our annual Christmas bouquet of roses from White House Florist died within a 3-4 days. Not only were they originally delivered to the wrong house, without the correct greeting card, the management did not want to stand behind their merchandise. After being told roses only last a short period of time, we began the process of trying to have the roses replaced.
