I cannot express the exemplary level of customer service this little shop gave to me from miles away. I’d recently had a sub par experience with another Clayton shop - just not really delivering what looked anything like what I thought I ordered. That’s always a bummer. Super happy when ordering from CA to NC for my mother in law. They saw this was for a birthday and moved up the delivery!!! Communicated well. Very much appreciated. And the flowers are gorgeous. Snap dragons are my favorite.
Words can't describe how beautiful this flower arrangement and how much it meant to me to be able to send them to comfort a grieving family member. Ordering online was a breeze, and they were also really sweet and helpful when I called to confirm the order. They were delivered on time and with great care! This florist has gone ABOVE and BEYOND to provide outstanding customer service. The arrangement they made for my dear friend was stunning. Not only that, but they did it twice because I mistakenly provided a wrong delivery address. They corrected my error and only charged me for their extra time to fix the error. WOW there are still nice people in this world.
The arrangement exceeded our expectations! The florist was able to capture our customized request perfectly and worked closely with the funeral home to make the delivery happen. Will be using them again! Thank you!!
