Top notch small-biz! This place is an upstanding pillar of the Clayton/Concord community that is actively working toward making our community a better place each and every day. They have everything you need, even Bumper Plates! Staff is very knowledgeable as well.
World-class fitness and friendship.
Great place to workout. Classes are great and really help you stay motivated and not get bored. The trainer Bob is really knowledgeable and his wife Robin is super sweet. The equipment is clean and everyone is welcoming.
You have to commit to a year membership. Am canceling at the earliest possible after my year is up. So many other gyms closer to me that don't require this commitment
This is the greatest neighborhood gym ever. Great staff, great classes, awesome personal trainers. Its clean and all the equipment is in good working order. And all of this for a very reasonable price.
