This man's staff has no service skills what so ever. I spoke with Mr Davis about the attitude of his employees and he was indifferent. I personally will never go back . There too many eye doctors to choose from . I recommend you pay your hard earned money to someone else.

I had been to Dr. Davis in February for an eye exam for contacts. This week I called to get my contact Rx because I am experiencing some eye irritation, hoping that new contacts would resolve my issue. His office staff is the most non-professional women. I spoke to them the first time and she was rude and I ended the call. Tried scheduling an eye exam about 4 different times this summer and each time there was an excuse of why I couldn't be seen. Either the doctor was out of town, they couldn't fit me in, they were booked that day, and finally, they didn't even have a doctor the last time I tried, so I gave up on them. So unorganized and the staff seemed careless and compliant with their poor service.

So far for me it's been a satisfying experience. I've been a patient of Dr. Davis for going on 5 years and he has always managed to get me into contacts despite my very high astigmatism and almost as bad myopia (nearsightness). And yes, sometimes it has taken more than one try to get things right but in comparison to other experiences in which I ended up completely S-O-L, I'm happy.
